luka55 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its compliance and anti-money-laundering obligations. KYC verification may be requested at registration, at any point during your use of the Platform, or as a mandatory prerequisite to processing any withdrawal request.

13.1 Termination by the Player
You may close your Account at any time by contacting luka55 support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to KYC requirements. Bonus Funds not subject to a completed Wagering Requirement will be forfeited upon Account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, luka55 may withhold any remaining Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, any real-money Balance (net of Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via a verified payment method.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luka55 holds its operating licence. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

luka55 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, luka55 will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) days before the change takes effect.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the changes take effect.
